The long case by the counter is refilled through the morning. Conchas, polvorones, jam filled pastries, sprinkled shells and sugar cookies, laid out on trays so you take the tongs and a box and pick your own.

Carrot, red velvet, chocolate and tres leches sit finished in the refrigerated case. If you need something today rather than next week, this is the shelf that saves you.
